PAYMENT INFO
- We accept Paypal, credit card and payment via Atome.
- Orders are automatically cancelled if payment is not received and are only confirmed upon successful payment.
- You should receive a confirmation email upon successful payment for your order. Do double check after placing your order.
PURCHASE AND DELIVERY INFO
- Kindly ensure that correct item(s) are selected before you cart out. Replacement of items are not allowed once the order has been shipped or if replacement item(s) are out of stock.
- Kindly ensure that all information submitted are accurate to prevent shipping delays.
- Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days during non-peak periods and may take slightly longer during peak periods (e.g. Chinese New Year, Christmas or sale events).
- Orders are processed and shipped during working days (Monday to Friday).
- Discount codes do not apply to sale items and cannot be stacked unless otherwise specified.
BACKORDER INFO
- Although an estimated arrival date is stated, delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation or refunds for backorder item(s) are not strictly not applicable.
- Strictly no cancellation or refunds are allowed for backorder item(s).
- For orders containing instock and backorder item(s), it will only be shipped out once the last backorder item arrives.
SHIPPING INFO
- For Singapore orders, courier is available at a flat rate of $3. For orders above $65, shipping is free!
- For International orders, shipping charges differ based on your destination.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS INFO
- If the item you received is defective, kindly email us at modelleco@gmail.com with snapshots of the defects clearly within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Measurements may vary +/- 0.5 cm for accessories and +/- 1 inch for apparels. Colours shown may differ slightly on screens due to different colour resolution settings. For such cases, exchanges will not be allowed.
- If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece and a stamped envelope to return the defected item will be sent out. Customers are required to mail back the defective piece to us.
- If the defected item is out of stock, store credits will be issued once the defected item is returned to us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE INFO
- For hygeiene purposes, returns and exchange of EARRINGS & all HAIR ACCESSORIES are strictly not allowed regardless of reason.
- For apparels, we only allow exchange for SIZE. Exchange for other designs or colours are not allowed regardless of reason.
- Returns and exchange are not allowed for SALE items, orders made with promotional codes or store credits.
- All returns and exchange must be done via mailing within 7 working days via a trackable method (e.g. courier, smartpac, AM mail or registered mail). Postage fees will be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
- Deliberate damage of items to make it eligible for exchange and omission of original packaging and tags will not be eligible for exchange/return.
Eligibility of return or exchange will be determined based on our discretion. Once items are verified to be eligible for refund or exchange, we will issue store credits or ship out the exchange item(s).
